a satisfactory stay
great food nice staff amazing location tired room unusual facial clean hotel
the food was great. staff were nice. the location was amazing. it was my third time visiting. our rooms were nicely cleaned. beautiful beds were made in style.
i stayed with a friend in january. the hotel itself is lovely and clean, but i feel the money has been spent on the public areas. our room was a little tired, though clean. the facial i had was unusual, not relaxing and at times somewhat painful, however i put it down to a difference in cultures.

amazing massage ample entertainment wide selection
the hamam and massage at the spa WERE amazing. I felt relaxed because the professionals took their time. The children's play room offered ample entertainment for families. The buffet dinner included so many options.
the toddler swimming pool could be a bit larger, i think.

The staff were helpful. I felt they really tried. the outdoor area was quite nice, and i enjoyed the pool. the location was convenient. Everything was within walking distance..
the breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic! though the food was tasty the queues were too long.

The reception staff offered assistance promptly. They addressed my inquiries effectively. The housekeeping team maintained the rooms daily and restocked amenities. The breakfast buffet featured diverse options and fresh items. It included fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. This allowed for varied meals.
The pool area was sometimes crowded. Finding available loungers during peak hours proved challenging. I think that the hotel should consider adding more places to seat.

The room was VERY clean upon arrival. The cleaning staff provided daily service. I enjoyed the food options offered at dinner. The breakfast selection was ample. It had fresh omelets.

missing towels inconvenient payment
The gym was a letdown. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. there also were no towels. you had to pay at reception each time to use the gym. That seemed unnecessary. it felt inconvenient, and those small issues detracted from the experience.

Amazing Stay with Fantastic Staff
super clean rooms buffet variety nightly activities refreshing experience
The cleaning team was wonderful! The rooms were super clean each day, a really refreshing experience. I especially loved the variety of food. There were many choices at the buffet. I also appreciated the activities offered each night, it was very fun.
The music from the nearby clubs was a bit loud at night, made sleeping difficult.
